WSO2 Managed Services for New & Established Platforms
Running WSO2 in production takes steady attention: monitoring, patching, certificate renewals, upgrades and fast response when something breaks. Tellestia’s WSO2-certified engineers take that work on for you, with response times written into your SLA and the same named team looking after your environment every day.
New to WSO2? Our managed services mean you don’t need to hire scarce WSO2 specialists before you go live.
Already running WSO2? We can take over from a stretched internal team or a previous partner, starting with a full review of your environment.

WSO2 Managed Services FAQs
What’s included in Tellestia’s WSO2 managed services?
24×7 monitoring, updates and security patches, version upgrades, incident response, root-cause analysis, escalation to WSO2, and a monthly bundle of engineering hours for changes and enhancements.
What are your response times?
Response times depend on priority and your plan. As a guide: critical production issues [within 30 minutes, 24×7], high priority [within 1 hour], medium [within 4 business hours] and low priority [within 1 business day]. Exact targets are written into your SLA.
Which WSO2 products do you support?
WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Integrator and Micro Integrator, WSO2 Enterprise Integrator, WSO2 Identity Server and Asgardeo, plus the APIs, integrations and custom code built on them.
Do we still need a WSO2 subscription?
For production we recommend it, because it gives you WSO2’s tested updates, security patches and product support. We work alongside your subscription and handle everything at the environment and application level.
How is this different from WSO2’s own managed cloud?
WSO2’s managed cloud is focused on running the WSO2 product. We manage WSO2 wherever it runs today, including your data centre, your cloud account or Kubernetes, and we also support the APIs, integrations and custom code built on top, plus other integration platforms you use.
Can you take over from our current partner or internal team?
Yes. Onboarding usually takes about two weeks: we agree contacts and access, review and document your environment, connect monitoring and Orion, write runbooks, and then start the SLA.
Do you support older WSO2 versions?
Yes. We support environments on older WSO2 versions and help you plan the move to current releases.
We’re new to WSO2. Can you support us from go-live?
Yes. Many clients bring us in during implementation so support is ready on day one, and they don’t have to build a WSO2 operations team first.
