Boomi Support Built Around Your Integrations, Not Just the Platform
Boomi’s own support plans cover the platform. The integrations you run on it are yours: the processes, mappings, connections and trading partners your business depends on every day. When an order feed stops at 2am or a certificate expires before month-end, someone has to notice, diagnose and fix it fast.
Tellestia’s Boomi managed services take on that responsibility. Our certified Boomi specialists monitor your processes and runtimes around the clock, fix issues within agreed SLAs, manage Boomi’s regular runtime releases and keep improving your environment, whether we built it or someone else did.

FAQ section: Boomi Managed Services Questions, Answered
What do Boomi managed services include?
Boomi managed services cover the day-to-day running of your Boomi environment:
- 24×7 monitoring of processes and runtimes
- Incident response and root cause analysis
- Runtime release management
- Security and access housekeeping
- Performance tuning
- Ongoing enhancements
The aim is that your integrations keep running without your team watching them around the clock.
How is this different from Boomi’s own support plan?
Boomi’s support plans (Standard, Premier and Premier Plus) cover the Boomi platform itself and work through support cases. The Standard plan includes 15 cases a year, and 24×7 support for every severity level comes only with Premier Plus. A managed services partner looks after the integrations you’ve built on the platform: your processes, mappings, connections and trading partners. The two work together. When an issue turns out to be a platform defect, we raise the case with Boomi and follow it through for you.
Can you support Boomi integrations built by another partner or our in-house team?
Yes. Most of our managed services clients come to us with an environment someone else built. We start with an access review, document every integration, then monitor in parallel with your current team before taking over in phases. Nothing changes in production until runbooks and alerts are in place.
How do you handle Boomi runtime releases?
Boomi ships a Runtime Release roughly two weeks before each Platform Release, and does this every other month. If runtimes haven’t been updated by the Platform Release date, the update is applied automatically and the runtime restarts. We apply each release to non-production first, test your critical processes, then schedule the production update for a low-traffic window, so nothing restarts unexpectedly.
What SLAs do you offer?
SLAs are set by severity and agreed with you at the start. They are based on how critical each integration is to your business, and production-down issues get 24×7 response.
Can we use managed services for enhancements and new integrations too?
Yes. Most clients include a monthly pool of capacity hours in their contract. That covers change requests, new trading partners, mapping updates and small new integrations, delivered by the same team that already knows your environment.
