A golden record is the single, trusted version of an entity, built by combining the best data from every system that holds it. Survivorship rules decide which source wins for each field, and the record stays linked to its sources so changes flow both ways.
How is Boomi Data Hub different from a data warehouse?
A data warehouse stores historical data for reporting. Data Hub manages live operational master data and sends corrections back to the systems people use every day. Many companies run both, with clean master data from the hub feeding the warehouse.
