Tellestia is seeking a skilled and performance-driven SEO Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both on-page and off-page SEO, implementing technical and content strategies, and driving inbound lead generation through organic search. A foundational understanding of HTML and WordPress is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Execution: Implement end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with Tellestia’s growth goals, encompassing technical SEO, on-page, and off-page efforts.
• Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis to guide content creation and optimization in collaboration with the content team.
• Technical SEO: Identify, diagnose, and resolve site performance issues including crawl errors, site speed, indexing, and mobile optimization.
• Link Building & Digital PR: Develop and manage link-building campaigns using outreach, guest posting, and digital PR techniques to grow domain authority.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Track and analyze competitor SEO strategies to uncover new opportunities and remain competitive in the IT services space.
• Performance Tracking: Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for SEO audits and performance analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (content, development, design, and marketing) to ensure cohesive and SEO-friendly website updates.
• Reporting: Produce detailed weekly and monthly SEO performance reports, including actionable insights and strategy adjustments.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and evolving SEO practices to continuously refine the strategy.

Qualification:

• 3–4 years of SEO experience, preferably in the IT services or digital technology domain.
• Strong technical SEO expertise with experience resolving on-site and server-related SEO issues.
• Proven ability to drive lead generation through organic channels.
• Working knowledge of HTML and WordPress (including technical setup, plugins, and site architecture).
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to execution.
