Job Description
Tellestia seeks a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive business development and sales for our enterprise integration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, campaign management, and developing strong relationships with decision-makers in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold and warm outreach, driving them through the sales pipeline to closure.
- Conduct market research and lead generation activities for targeted geographies, with a focus on Tellestia’s IT services.
- Engage with decision-makers in North America to create business opportunities.
- Schedule and arrange client meetings, driving initiatives to meet sales targets.
- Track and document all lead generation activities and client information to produce regular progress reports.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Experience in handling sales for the North America region.
- Energetic, result-oriented, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
